Sensory Storytime is a weekly low-key program designed for children Birth- 5+ years old with sensory processing sensitivities. This is a fun yet consistently structured storytime with shorter books creative rhymes songs and hands-on activities to encourage growth in gross motor and fine motor skills. Children have the freedom to explore learn and be themselves in an environment that is safe consistent and sensitive to their individual needs. -- Low Key: means that we adjust the sounds, lighting and movements of the program to promote a positive experience and not cause a sensory overload for a child.
