Acclaimed outdoors man and Director of the Nature Reliance School, Craig Caudill, will lead this session. Craig is the author of three wilderness related books and has been featured on the KET shows Kentucky Afield, Kentucky Life and Tim’s Country Kitchen. He’ll cover the mindset, skills, techniques, and gear needed to stay safe and to handle unexpected circumstances in the wilderness. Topics will include wilderness first aid, land navigation, shelter building, water purification, and much more.
